Alaska Small Ship Cruise
Alaska Cruises have become
one of the most popular ways to visit Alaska. If you would
like to enjoy awe-inspiring glaciers, magnificent wildlife,
fabulous food and interesting ports of call on a more intimate
level, then our Alaska Small Ship Cruise may be just the cruise
for you!
Cruising exclusively in Southcentral
Alaska, we call upon the ports of Seward, Whittier, Valdez,
Cordova and the native communities of Chenega Bay and Tatitlek.
The coastal town of Seward is known for its scenic views,
numerous visitor attractions and as being the gateway to Kenai
Fjords National Park. Whittier, originally founded during
world war two as a military supply port, is a small town located
on the western edge of Prince William Sound. Valdez is an
extremely picturesque Alaskan city, known to many as “Alaska’s
little Switzerland,” located on the eastern side of
Prince William Sound. Cordova is a charming, landlocked community
on the eastern edge of Prince William Sound which supports
a large, commercial fishing fleet. Chenega Bay is a native
community located on Evans Island in Prince William Sound.
Tatitlek is also a native community located 30 miles south
of Valdez on the eastern side of the Tatitlek Narrows. Both
Chenega Bay and Tatitlek practice a subsistence lifestyle.
As far as a standard itinerary
for your trip, we believe that the true splendor of a personalized
voyage is the ability to design a trip especially for yourself!
This is a once in a lifetime Alaska small ship cruise into
some of Alaska’s most beautiful wilderness. Rather than
trying to follow any rigid, pre-determined schedules or itineraries,
we let the whims of our passengers and the wonders of nature
dictate the schedule to us.
